Adam Lever
Adam works as our Operations Manager & Lead Mechanic here at Full Throttle Custom Garage.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry as a motor mechanic, he brings valuable knowledge, dedication, and passion to our team. Adam has successfully built cars that have competed at both National and International levels, whilst working in some of Australia’s leading motorsport teams.
Adam is also a current race weekend crew member with Eggleston Motorsport.
On a more personal note, Adam’s personal project he is working on is a TD Cortina fitted with a Barra turbo motor. Currently being built to compete in Drag Week style events.


Jason Riggs
Jason is an all-rounder, but has honed his skills as a specialist fabricator. Jason primarily works fabricating custom parts and preparing cars in the body shop.
Jason’s passion was ignited in the early 90s when he started out doing engine conversions. Since then he has continued to expand his skills to include sheet metal fabrication, chassis and suspension fabrication and panel and paint work. He has extensive experience fabricating for interiors as well.
Jason’s current personal projects are a 1969 Corolla and an AWD Subaru-powered VW beetle.
Evan Pickering
Evan brings to Full Throttle Garage a diverse knowledge of the automotive industry.
Starting with a background in spare parts before landing a unique position at the now closed, Gosford Classic Car Museum as a Classic Car Adviser. In this position he was involved with all elements of both purchasing and selling of rare, classic, high performance and specialty vehicles. From importing and exporting to dealing with registration and certification requirements.
With a collection of old air-cooled cars Evan is active in the car scene. He co-created Central Coast Cars and Coffee and is active in online social media across a large variety of automotive styles.
Evan has joined Full Throttle to chase down that hard to find part one minute or organize a car show the next. One thing is for sure, Evans passion for anything with wheels is clear.


Lucas Mannix
Lucas is the Full Throttle Custom Garage’s paint and surfacing technician.
Lucas has more than 13 years’ knowledge and experience in spray-painting. Lucas has specialist experience in custom, one off paintwork including metallic, candy, pearl and flakes.
His passion for modification and custom cars grew from watching his father build Toranas at home. Lucas hopes to continue this tradition with his young family.
Lucas’ current project is a 1951 Cadillac which has Harley Davidson Vivid Black paint with custom metal-flake and red candy roof.
